Comment spam
Comment spam is a way of using blogs and forums to post undesirable comments with hyperlinks. Spammers commonly use zombie computers to post comments to direct site visitors to particular URLs or simply to get attention. Since they often use zombie computers, blocking their IP addresses don't stop them from posting comments. If the IP is blocked, they will simply switch from one computer to another infected computer.
