Fantastico is a comprehensive, commercial script library that covers several dozen free PHP scripts. It's supported by many web hosting packages. The script coverage depends on the hosting company. Fantastico allows you to install and update PHP scripts very easily. Usually, it even installs a database (e.g. MySQL) for you.
