Do you want to find out who is behind an annoying spam message you have received?  Tracing the very cyber criminal group behind a spam operation may not be possible.  But we can help you find out where the spam message came from.  We can also help you find out where a suspicious website is hosted.  We have investigated so many suspicious e-mail messages and phishing websites for the past two years.  We have destroyed many websites and domains run by cyber criminals.  And MacHouse can help you find out who is behind the spam operation that's giving you a headache.

 

Process

1. Filing an investigation request: Please choose spam mail investigation or website investigation. Upload supporting documents (.txt, .rtf, .jpg or .zip).  Click here for more information.  Explain your case as much as possible.
2. We will tell you if there is something that we can report for one particular website or spam incident hopefully within 24 hours of your filing.
3. If you want us to proceed with your request, then please make a payment.  No payment will be necessary if you don't want to proceed.
4. An online investigation report will be posted here with password access.  When it comes to the website investigation, we will advise you if a website in question can be destroyed and how.  No, we won't destroy it for you.
