TOKYO (MacHouse) - We first reported the danger of dottunes.net’s orange Flash ad brought by AdECN several days ago. A situation involving this Flash ad and malware-scan.com has changed dramatically. We now strongly advise that you avoid any website displaying this Flash ad because none of the ad companies involved with this Flash ad has done anything decisive to eliminate imminent danger. TOKYO (MacHouse) - Yesterday, we reported an issue involving dottunesnet’s orange Flash ad with an involuntary redirection to the deceitful website of malware-scan.com. I wanted to collect more information on malware-scan.com. So I relied on a search expert named Google. He gathered information quickly for me. One of the search results took me to a website whose domain is malwarealarm.com. The exact link is shown here. (more…)

Pharmacy spam, stock spam, sex, gambling, phishing… Cyber idiots try to fool you in many ways. These cyber idiots nowadays exploit innocent websites to redirect Internet users to their own websites to earn commissions.

Comment spam is indeed a big issue around the blog and forum communities. If you are a website administrator, don’t just delete spam comments. Deleting spam comments doesn’t stop cyber idiots from coming to your website. Blocking their IP addresses doesn’t do much because many cyber idiots nowadays use zombie computers to hide their identities. (more…)
